Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy describes how Travelocompare.net, operated by Hydra Travels Inc., delivers travel products and services to customers following a completed booking. As an ARC-accredited independent travel agency (No: 45572424), we are authorized to sell and issue airline tickets on behalf of participating carriers. This policy governs the process of booking confirmation, ticket issuance, electronic delivery, and post-booking service.

2. Booking Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a booking and payment authorization, you will receive two separate confirmations:

2.1 Travelocompare.net Booking Confirmation

An immediate booking reference email will be sent to your registered email address within minutes of payment. This email confirms that your booking request has been received and payment has been processed. It includes:

  • Travelocompare.net booking reference number
  • Passenger name(s) as entered during booking
  • Itinerary details: flight numbers, dates, origin, destination, and cabin class
  • Total price charged and payment confirmation
  • Estimated ticket issuance timeline

2.2 Airline E-Ticket Confirmation (Itinerary Receipt)

Once the ticket is issued by the airline, a separate e-ticket confirmation is sent to your email. This document contains:

  • Airline Ticket Number (13-digit format for ARC-issued tickets)
  • PNR (Passenger Name Record) or Airline Booking Reference
  • E-ticket itinerary receipt with fare details
  • Important notices regarding baggage, check-in procedures, and conditions of carriage

3. Ticket Issuance Timelines

Please note: Issuance times are estimates and may be extended during peak booking periods, system downtime, or when additional verification is required. We will proactively notify you of any delays.

4. Delivery Method

All travel documents are delivered electronically to the email address provided during the booking process. Travelocompare.net does not issue physical paper tickets. Electronic delivery is the sole method of ticket fulfillment. Physical mailing or courier delivery is not available.

5. Checking Your Email and Spam Filters

If you do not receive your booking confirmation or e-ticket within the expected timeframe, we strongly advise:

  • Checking your spam or junk mail folder, as automated emails from booking systems may be filtered by some email clients
  • Verifying that the email address entered during booking was correct
  • Adding our email domain to your safe senders list to prevent future filtering
  • Contacting our customer support team if the email is not received within the stated timeframe

6. Verifying Your Booking Directly with the Airline

After receiving your e-ticket, we strongly recommend verifying your booking directly with the airline using the PNR/booking reference provided. This allows you to:

  • Confirm seat assignments and meal preferences
  • Add frequent flyer numbers to your booking
  • Sign up for flight status notifications directly from the carrier
  • Check baggage allowance and carry-on restrictions
  • Verify check-in window and online check-in availability

7. Service Responsibilities

7.1 Travelocompare.net Is Responsible For:

  • Accurately transmitting passenger information to the airline during the booking process
  • Processing payment and issuing tickets on a timely basis
  • Providing customer support for booking-related inquiries, modifications, and cancellations
  • Notifying customers of any significant booking errors or delays

7.2 Travelocompare.net Is NOT Responsible For:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes initiated by the airline
  • Denied boarding, overbooking, or passenger removal by the carrier
  • Airport operational delays, weather events, or air traffic control issues
  • Loss of baggage or passenger property on board the aircraft
  • Failure to receive electronic communications due to spam filters or incorrect email addresses

8. Failed Bookings and Payment Issues

In the event that a payment is processed but a ticket cannot be issued (e.g., due to fare expiration, seat unavailability, or technical error), Travelocompare.net will:

  • Notify you promptly via email and phone
  • Offer an alternative fare at the same or lower price where available
  • Process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days if no suitable alternative is found
