PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms," "Agreement") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OF TRAVELOCOMPARE.NET. BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE, MAKING A BOOKING, OR USING ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY HYDRA TRAVELS INC., YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," "You") and Hydra Travels Inc. ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), the operator of Travelocompare.net. Hydra Travels Inc. is an independent travel agency accredited by the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC Accreditation No: 45572424). We are NOT an airline, hotel, car rental company, cruise line, or any other travel supplier. We act solely as an intermediary agent between you and travel suppliers.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

| Force Majeure | Events beyond the reasonable control of either party, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, and government actions |
| GDS | Global Distribution System (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport) used to access travel inventory |
COMPANY IDENTITY AND AGENCY RELATIONSHIP
Travelocompare.net is operated by Hydra Travels Inc., a duly licensed and ARC-Accredited travel agency (ARC Accreditation No: 45572424). The Company acts as an authorized travel agent and facilitates bookings on your behalf with various Travel Suppliers. The Company's role is limited to facilitating the booking transaction. All contractual obligations arising from the actual provision of travel services (flight operation, accommodation, car rental, etc.) lie exclusively with the respective Travel Suppliers. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies of both Hydra Travels Inc. and the applicable Travel Supplier.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, or by completing a booking, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
- If booking on behalf of others, you have the authority and consent of all named passengers to accept these Terms on their behalf;
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including travel regulations, visa requirements, and customs laws;
- You have read and accepted this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable fare rules
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
4. BOOKING PROCESS AND CONFIRMATION
4.1 Search and Pricing
All fares, prices, and availability displayed on Travelocompare.net are sourced in real time from Travel Supplier systems via Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and direct airline/hotel APIs. Prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed and paid. Displayed prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes, fees, and surcharges, which will be clearly itemized at checkout.
A price quote does not constitute a confirmed booking. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and a confirmed booking reference is issued. In the event of a pricing error or technical discrepancy, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and offer a full refund to the affected passenger.
4.2 Booking Steps
The booking process on Travelocompare.net consists of the following steps:
- Search: You enter travel requirements (origin, destination, dates, passengers, class of service).
- Selection: You select a fare from the displayed results. Fare rules and restrictions are made available for your review.
- Passenger Details: You provide accurate personal information for all travelers, including names as they appear on government-issued identification.
- Review: A summary of your booking, total price, and fare conditions is displayed for your review.
- Payment: You enter payment details and authorize the transaction.
- Confirmation: Upon successful payment processing, a booking confirmation and, where applicable, an e-ticket is sent to your registered email address.
4.3 Booking Confirmation and E-Tickets
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written booking confirmation from Hydra Travels Inc. containing a valid booking reference number. E-tickets are typically issued within 24 hours of payment, though in some cases (particularly for international itineraries or complex multi-city routings), ticketing may take up to 72 hours. Passengers are advised to check their email, including spam/junk folders, and to contact us immediately if no confirmation is received within the specified period
4.4 Name Accuracy and Corrections
Passenger names on bookings must exactly match the names on government-issued travel documents. Most airlines do not permit name changes after ticketing. Minor name corrections (typographical errors of 1-3 characters) may be possible at the airline's discretion and may incur change fees. The Company accepts no liability for denied boarding, immigration refusal, or additional costs resulting from name discrepancies caused by the passenger's submission of incorrect information.
FARES, TAXES, AND FEES
5.1 Fare Components
The total price of a booking typically comprises the following components:

5.2 Agency Service Fees
Hydra Travels Inc. charges a non-refundable service fee for all bookings made through Travelocompare.net. Service fees are disclosed at the time of booking and are payable regardless of whether the Travel Supplier provides a refund. Service fees are not part of the Travel Supplier's fare and are retained by Hydra Travels Inc. as compensation for its agency services.
5.3 Currency and Exchange
All prices displayed on the Platform are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. If your payment card is denominated in a different currency, your card issuer may apply a foreign exchange fee. The Company is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by your financial institution.
6. PAYMENT TERMS

6.2 Payment Authorization
By providing payment details, you authorize Hydra Travels Inc. and its payment processors to charge the full amount of your booking to the designated payment method. For bookings involving multiple travelers, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and to accept charges on behalf of all passengers.
6.3 Payment Failure
If payment fails for any reason (insufficient funds, card decline, technical error), your booking will not be confirmed. Prices and availability are not guaranteed following a payment failure, and the Company accepts no liability for fare increases or availability changes occurring between the time of failed payment and any subsequent successful payment attempt.
6.4 Fraud Prevention
The Company employs fraud detection systems to protect both customers and the Company from unauthorized transactions. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification for transactions flagged by our fraud prevention systems. Failure to provide requested verification may result in booking cancellation and full refund. Any fraudulent use of payment methods may be reported to law enforcement.
7. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS
7.1 General Policy
All cancellations, changes, and refund requests are governed by the Fare Rules of the applicable Travel Supplier in addition to the policies of Hydra Travels Inc. Many airline tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. The Company strongly advises all passengers to review fare rules carefully before completing a booking.

Changes and cancellations are subject to the airline's applicable cut-off times. We recommend contacting us as early as possible. Same-day change or cancellation requests may not be accommodated, and the Company accepts no liability for missed deadlines caused by delayed customer notification.
7.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Refund processing timelines are as follows:

7.5 BFAR (Booking Fee At Risk) Provision
For promotional or deeply discounted fares sourced through the Platform, an additional 'Booking Fee At Risk' provision may apply, under which the total fare paid is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Where this provision applies, it will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking. The Company complies with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding refunds for flights originating in or destined for the United States.
8. SCHEDULE CHANGES, DELAYS, AND CANCELLATIONS BY AIRLINES
Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, aircraft types, or cancel flights for reasons including but not limited to operational requirements, government regulations, weather, and air traffic control. Hydra Travels Inc., as an independent travel agency, does not control airline operations and accepts no liability for schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or diversions.
In the event of an airline-initiated cancellation or significant schedule change:
- We will notify you as promptly as practicable upon receiving information from the airline;
- You may be entitled to rebooking, rerouting, or a refund per the airline's customer service policies and applicable regulations (including DOT rules for U.S.-originating flights and EU Regulation 261/2004 for EU-departing flights);
- The Company will assist you in pursuing available remedies with the airline but does not guarantee any specific outcome;
- Additional expenses, such as accommodation or meals during delays, are the airline's responsibility under applicable regulations and are not the liability of Hydra Travels Inc.

9. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Each passenger is solely responsible for ensuring they hold all required travel documents for their entire journey, including outbound, transit, and return legs. These include but are not limited to:
- A valid passport with sufficient validity (typically 6 months beyond travel date);
- Required visas for destination and transit countries;
- Electronic Travel Authorizations (ETA/ESTA/eTA) where applicable;
- Return or onward travel evidence where required by immigration authorities;
- Proof of accommodation and financial means as required by destination countries;
- Vaccination records and health certificates where required (e.g., Yellow Fever, COVID-19 documentation if applicable);
- Minor Travel Consent Letters where applicable for unaccompanied or accompanied minor passengers.
Hydra Travels Inc. provides general travel information as a courtesy only. Such information does not constitute legal advice and may not reflect the most current requirements. Entry requirements are the exclusive domain of national governments and immigration authorities, which may change without notice. Passengers are strongly advised to verify current requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government immigration portal prior to travel.
The Company accepts no liability for any costs, losses, or disruption arising from a passenger's failure to hold required travel documents, including denied boarding, deportation, detention, or refused entry at any point during the journey.
10. BAGGAGE POLICIES
Baggage allowances, including the number of checked bags, weight limits, size restrictions, and fees for excess or oversized baggage, are set exclusively by the applicable airline or travel supplier. Baggage policies vary significantly by airline, fare class, route, and frequent flyer status. The displayed fare on Travelocompare.net may or may not include checked baggage.
Passengers are advised to review the specific baggage policy of their booked carrier before travel. The Company is not responsible for additional baggage charges levied at the airport. Below is a general reference guide (subject to change by individual airlines):

11. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Hydra Travels Inc. strongly recommends that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, travel delays, and personal liability. Travel insurance may be offered as an add-on during the booking process through our third-party insurance partners.
Important disclosures regarding travel insurance:
- Travel insurance is underwritten and administered by independent insurance providers, not Hydra Travels Inc.;
- All insurance claims are handled directly between the insured passenger and the insurance underwriter;
- Insurance premiums are generally non-refundable once a policy is issued;
- Pre-existing medical condition exclusions may apply; passengers should review policy documents carefully;
- The Company does not guarantee coverage for any specific claim under any insurance product offered.
12. SPECIAL REQUESTS AND ACCESSIBILITY
Special service requests (SSRs) such as wheelchair assistance, special meals, unaccompanied minor service, medical equipment assistance, or other accessibility accommodations must be communicated at the time of booking or as early as possible. All such requests are subject to confirmation by the applicable Travel Supplier and cannot be guaranteed by Hydra Travels Inc.
The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to transmit special service requests to the relevant Travel Supplier. However, ultimate fulfillment of special requests is the sole responsibility of the Travel Supplier. Passengers with severe allergies, medical conditions, or complex accessibility needs are advised to confirm their requirements directly with the airline or hotel prior to travel.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Travelocompare.net Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, code, and the overall design and layout, is the proprietary property of Hydra Travels Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial travel booking purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use, scraping, or data mining of Platform content without the prior written consent of Hydra Travels Inc. is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. The display of third-party trademarks does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Hydra Travels Inc.
14. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:
- Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity, including the use of stolen credit cards or false identities;
- Making speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings, or holding inventory without intent to travel;
- Systematic or automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of data from the Platform;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, including administrative systems or other users' accounts;
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code through or to the Platform;
- Reselling or arbitraging fares, tickets, or services obtained through the Platform without express written authorization from Hydra Travels Inc.;
- Violating any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform;
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with any organization;
- Using the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam);
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the proper operation of the Platform.
Violation of any prohibited use provision may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of pending bookings (subject to applicable refund policies), and potential legal action.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY HYDRA TRAVELS INC. ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HYDRA TRAVELS INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR PRICES ON THE PLATFORM;
- WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS;
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, SUITABILITY, OR LEGAL COMPLIANCE OF TRAVEL SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL SUPPLIERS.
No oral or written statement by Hydra Travels Inc. employees, agents, or representatives shall create any warranty not expressly set forth in this Agreement.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HYDRA TRAVELS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUCCESSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
- Personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the acts or omissions of Travel Suppliers;
- Flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, or denied boarding caused by airlines;
- Loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings during travel;
- Any force majeure event including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, labor strikes, or government actions;
- Failure of electronic systems, payment processing errors, or website downtime.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HYDRA TRAVELS INC. FOR THE SPECIFIC BOOKING GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hydra Travels Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you provided in connection with a booking;
- Your failure to hold required travel documents, visas, or health certifications.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
18.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Hydra Travels Inc. customer service at support@travelocompare.net or (877) 671-5992 . We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern within 30 business days.
18.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any remaining dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except where prohibited by applicable law. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class action arbitrations and class action lawsuits are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18.3 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [STATE], without giving effect to conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of [CITY, STATE].
18.4 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations.
19. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You may register for a user account on Travelocompare.net to access enhanced booking features, view booking history, and manage travel preferences. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share your password with any third party;
- Notify us immediately at support@travelocompare.net of any unauthorized account access or security breach;
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
Hydra Travels Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, display unusual activity, or are associated with fraudulent transactions. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations.
20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including airline websites, hotel portals, car rental systems, travel insurance providers, and visa facilitation services. These third-party services are provided solely as a convenience and are not under the control of Hydra Travels Inc. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, content, privacy practices, or security of third-party sites.
Any transactions you conduct with third parties through links on our Platform are solely between you and the third party. Hydra Travels Inc. is not a party to such transactions and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with third-party services.
21. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND TERMS
Hydra Travels Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or Services at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through:
- A prominent notice on the Platform homepage for at least 30 days;
- Email notification to registered account holders;
- Updated 'Effective Date' and 'Last Updated' date on this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Hydra Travels Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, acts of God, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or severe weather;
- War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions;
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by national or international authorities;
- Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial action affecting airlines or other travel suppliers;
- Failure of third-party technology infrastructure, including GDS outages, payment processor failures, or internet service disruptions;
- Changes to government travel advisories, entry restrictions, or visa policies.
In the event of a force majeure, the Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and assist in rebooking or obtaining refunds from Travel Suppliers, subject to applicable supplier policies.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms applicable to specific services (such as group booking terms, corporate account terms, or promotional terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and Hydra Travels Inc. with respect to your use of the Platform and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
24. WAIVER
No failure or delay by Hydra Travels Inc. in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right. No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude any further or future exercise of that right or any other right. All waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hydra Travels Inc.
