Our Price Match Promise is a guarantee that reflects our dedication to transparency, fairness, and exceptional value for every traveler who books through our platform. This policy sets forth the terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, submission requirements, and limitations of our Price Match Promise.

Travelocompare.net is an independent travel agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any airline or hotel chain. We function as a licensed travel intermediary, holding ARC Accreditation (No: 45572424), which authorizes us to sell airline tickets and related travel services on behalf of various carriers and suppliers.

2. What Is the Price Match Promise?

Our Price Match Promise means that if you find a lower published price for the same itinerary — same dates, same airline, same cabin class, same number of passengers, and same booking conditions — from any competing online travel agency (OTA) or airline website, we will match that price at the time of booking, subject to the eligibility criteria described in this policy.

This promise demonstrates our confidence in our pricing capabilities and our ongoing commitment to delivering maximum value to our customers.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Price Match Promise, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The competing fare must be for an identical itinerary: same origin and destination, same departure and return dates, same airline(s), same flight numbers, same cabin class (Economy, Business, First, etc.), and the same number of passengers.
• The competing fare must be publicly available and bookable at the time of your Price Match request. Fares that have expired, are unavailable, or require special membership, loyalty club status, or corporate contracts do not qualify.
• The lower fare must be quoted in the same currency as the price on Travelocompare.net.
• The total cost comparison must include all applicable taxes, fees, airline surcharges, and any other mandatory charges imposed by the airline or third party. Hidden fees disclosed only at final checkout of the competing site will be factored in.
• The competing fare must be found on a legitimate, licensed OTA or airline's official website — not on auction sites, flash-sale apps, group-buying platforms, or social media-only promotions.
• The request must be submitted prior to completing the booking on Travelocompare.net.

4. How to Submit a Price Match Request

Follow the steps below to initiate a Price Match claim:

• Step 1: Identify the lower fare on a competing website and note the full details including the URL, total price displayed, and fare conditions.
• Step 2: Contact our customer support team via phone or email (details below) before completing your booking on our platform.
• Step 3: Provide a screenshot or screen recording of the competing fare, clearly showing the website name, itinerary details, total price inclusive of all taxes and fees, and the date/time of access.
• Step 4: Our team will verify the competing fare in real time. Verification typically takes between 15 to 30 minutes during business hours.
• Step 5: If the fare is verified and all eligibility criteria are met, we will match the price and proceed with your booking at the matched rate.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

The following types of fares and circumstances are expressly excluded from the Price Match Promise:

• Fares obtained through loyalty programs, frequent flyer redemptions, airline credit card bonuses, or rewards points.
• Fares available only to members of private clubs, corporate accounts, or negotiated group contracts.
• Error fares or fares that are clearly the result of a pricing mistake by an airline or OTA.
• Promotional bundle packages (e.g., flight + hotel + car rental) that cannot be independently broken down to a comparable standalone airfare.
• Fares booked under non-refundable, non-changeable conditions on the competing site that differ from our booking conditions.
• Fares sold by unlicensed travel sellers, unauthorized resellers, or websites suspected of fraudulent activity.
• Price differences arising solely from currency fluctuation after initial quotes are generated.
• Fares for charter flights, private aviation, or specialty travel products.

7. After Booking — Post-Purchase Price Drop

The Price Match Promise applies exclusively to requests made prior to the completion of a booking on Travelocompare.net. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments for fare drops discovered after a booking has been confirmed and a ticket has been issued.

Once a ticket has been issued by the airline, the fare is locked in accordance with the ticket's fare rules and the airline's conditions of carriage. Post-ticketing refunds or adjustments due to competitor price changes are not within the scope of this policy.

8. Our Right to Decline

Travelocompare.net, operated by Hydra Travels Inc., reserves the right to decline any Price Match request that cannot be verified, does not meet the stated eligibility criteria, or appears to involve manipulated, edited, or fraudulent fare evidence. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Price Match Promise at any time and without prior notice.

Abuse of the Price Match Promise — including submission of fabricated screenshots, misrepresentation of fare conditions, or repeated bad-faith claims — may result in cancellation of your booking and suspension of your account.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This Price Match Promise policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Hydra Travels Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. Nothing in this policy creates any obligation beyond a good-faith effort to match verified publicly available fares.
